I keep getting a sign oto say my e maill is on the bounce list but it is working fine - please can this be remedied?

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and the notifications have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
@hotmail.com addresses tend to be quite strict when it comes to filtering/blocking emails. I would recommend using a different service such as Gmail in order to prevent further issues.
