Problems with bounced emails

    I'm finding some of the people that respond to my form aren't getting autoresponders and it seems they may be on the bounce list. I get no notifications that anyone responding bounced or is on the bounce list without individually trying their emails.

     

    This "feature" has no value to me or my respondents and only causes difficulties. Please get rid of it, give me a switch to turn off, or at least, an email to the owner of the account of a bounced email and a report where I can see the email addresses of all those who respond to my forms and bounce. This is the worst "feature" of Jotform.

    If the email address of the users of your form seems may be on the bounce list, please ask them to allow emails which came from noreply@jotform.com. Perhaps there is a possibility that the email alerts landed on their Spam/Junk inbox, so I would also suggest to please ask them to check it on their end if the emails are being marked as Spam.
