    Why are my cloned forms not working?

    Every time I clone my main form and enable it, it will not work on the actual website. I am trying to run some tests on my forms to change the formats per customers request but only the original form ever works and I do not want to mess with the original and lose everything that is on there. But I have to make sure to test it all before I change the original to make sure what I want to change will work on the website. Please help! And thank you.

    Please allow me to inform you that once you have made changes on your cloned form, the changes will not reflect to the original form.

    Did you mean that you are embedding the cloned form in your site but the changes you have made on the cloned form aren't showing on the site? If so, could you please share with us your site's link so that we can further check?

    No the cloned form will not work at all. It says form temporarily unavailable as if it were disabled.

    The forms are indeed disabled.  All you need to do is enable them.  Select the form from the "My Forms" page, click "More" then click "Enable":

    I have tried that and it still showed temporarily unavailable even after clicking enable.

    I was able to successfully enable both forms shared with your account.  All the forms shared with you are now active.  I am not sure why it was not letting you on your end but there was no issue doing so on mine.

    If any form are still not showing as enabled when they should be, let us know which form specifically and we will take a look.
