Printform not working

Hi

We have a pop up on the home page of our website https://www.printformtech.com/, which leads to the "get a Quote" form. This form was working fine until May 4. However, when I clicked on "Get a Quote Now" today, it directly shows the "Thankyou" page. 

On May 4, I tried to clone another form and was just testing the new form to see if it can be used on another page. After checking it, I deleted the new form (not the old one). I didn't make any changes in the old form which is supposed to open after clicking "Get a Quote now" on the home page pop up. 

Can you please check and correct this at the earliest. Also let me know why this happened.

I did check your form's "Revision History" of the popup form and do not see any significant changes. Did you make any changes in thank you page URL?

Do you mean to say that when someone clicks on "Get a Quote" button in popup window, another form should be displayed in the same lightbox / popup window? I would suggest you to please edit your form and set the thank you message to desired webpage URL. Please check the screenshot below:
