I subscribed for Jotform's bronze package on feb16 2017. I did not repay but the plan is active. how?

    As explained in the pricing page, when you subscribe, you are agreeing that automatic charges will be applied to your payment method, unless you cancel the subscription.

    I have canceled the subscription, the account will be back to free on May 18th.

    Actually I set the account free and refunded the latest payment.
