Form integration to Netsuite

    Is there any update or document on this thread? 

    We are investigating the best form tool to integrate customer forms with our CRM Netsuite.

    We do have an existing integration to Netsuite. This is done via Zapier.  Please check out this link https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/netsuite/

    Let us know if this option will not work for you.

    I will also submit a feature request ticket to our higher team support. The request is to have direct integration between JotForm + Netsuite without the need of bridging it with Zapier.

    Since this is a feature request, I cannot provide you with an ETA as to when the feature will be available. 

    We will notify you via this thread for any news/updates on the status.

    Hi,

    thank you to share the hyperlink.

    The integration between zapier and netsuite is not enable yet though. Indeed if I start setting up the integration I cannot select Netsuite.

     

    I was thinking there were already a solution, last post related to this integration it was posted on 2014.

    Please allow me to inform you that the implementation of feature requests depends on the popularity among the users and the availability of our developers. We cannot give you a timeframe for when this feature will be available.

    We are paying jotforms customers and are now using NetSuite as well. Without this connection we will need to leave Jotforms and put everything into Netsuite. 

    How far up is it in your roadmap? Can you give us some transparency?

    We understand the situation you are having, however, like what my colleague, Chriistian, has mentioned above, we cannot provide any specific timeframe to when the feature becomes available. Feature requests such as this one will still undergo the approval process and will have its feasibility checked first. There are also other factors, like demand, that need to be considered before proceeding with the feature's development.

    Again, please be assured that once we hear any updates from our development team regarding the status of the request, we will surely notify you in this thread right away.
