How to change the title on the notification email?

    In regards to my form titled 2017 Lake Country ArtWalk Artists Application

     

    When copies of the submitted form get emailed to me, they have the title/year of the previous year's form (which I cloned from). I went through the form, but I can't seem to find where it says 2016 - to me it looks like I've updated it everywhere.

     

    However, when the copies come to my inbox they say

     

    2016 Lake Country ArtWalk Artists Application

    I believe that you are referring to the heading displayed in the email notification of your JotForm. You may change it by editing the email notification on your form. Please see the screencast below that can help you with this.
