Configurable list widget: the empty fields would be dropdowns instead of being input boxes

    I was just trying to re-create the same thing that @grade4pagasa had achieved using the configurable widget but I was unable to do so. Could you please let me know if this is still possible with the configurable widget?

    Hello Varun,

    As I have checked the example form of the user, I have seen that the form has been deleted as it was created 2 years ago.

    As far as I understand, the form was including basically, a Configurable List widget that has 2 static fields/labels and 2 dropdowns following them as seen below:
