Show/Hide conitions: not working on certain fields

    I have just submitted an urgent query about this privately for our form. It sounds like there is an issue at the back end as our show/hide and submit aren't working. Can you update us ASAP please.

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue, can you please provide the form URL, and explain a little more about the issue? If you can refer us to particular fields where the conditions are not working, that would help us a lot in identifying the issue.

    Hi Emma, 

    Your attached photos didn't come through, please make sure to upload them here on the forum using the text editor, you can click on the image icon to add a photo, then a small window will pop up asking you to browse and upload the photo. 

     

    As for your form, I have checked your form, and I can see that the Thank you page is set to redirect to the form itself after submit:

    I tested your form, and I was redirected back to the form after submit. Which means that the submit button works, you just need to change the redirect link to your desired webpage, or change it to show a thank you page, please refer to the guide below for more info:

    Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

     

     

    As for the Show/Hide conditions, I checked your form and I was able to replicate the issue, I also cloned your form and re-configured the conditions, and still was able to replicate the issue. It seems there's an error with the form itself, so I'm escalating this to our second level for their review. You will be notified with any updates via this thread.

    I think you encrypt those values in the fields in order to the submit button didn't work properly.

    to disable encrypting the data, go to Settings -> show more option -> Encrypt Form Data make it "no". As shown below.

    It's not encrypted, i haven't changed that setting for over a month

     

    Please can I have a timescale for fixing the issues? We are very busy today and this error is creating further work.

    The issue should be fixed now. I checked your form again and it seems working as expected.
