You are already subscribed to our Discounted Silver Yearly Plan. If you'd like to switch, just provide us with a proof of your non-profit status. You have to upload the file in the non-profit application page. 

You have to apply on this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/. 

Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved, you should get an email like this:
