    Dear Tina,

As far as I see the form, submit button has been moved to at the end of the third page as you can see the screenshot below:

You can check the revision history of the form as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

Also, you can check the form modifications in your account history.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hey Candy

I think the issue with the submit button is that it won't allow anyone to submit unless everything is filled in correctly - and since the PayPal is broken - its doing its job...and not showing up...

The button is in the build form - but not showing in the LIVE form for this reason I suspect now that I think about it... will have to wait now for the question one that is being attended to to be cleared - to make sure that this part clears too ( knock on effect of a widget suddenly not working!)

Please don't revert to any other copy of this form!

    Dear Tina,

Do not worry, I do not change your alive form. I have cloned your form on my side in order to test it.

Since your PayPal field is not required, your form should be submitted while fulfilling the other fields.

The Submit button appears as "Preview Answers" button at the end of the third page as you have added "Preview Before Submit" widget to the form as seen below:

I have removed the "Preview Before Submit" widget and I have seen that your form can not be submitted because of the checkboxes. It gives an error as you can see below, when I have changed my mouse cursor, it disappears.

When I select that check box, each of them gives the same error and still can not be submitted.

I have also forwarded this issue to our software development team in order to fix the issues.

    Thank you for your patience.

Thank you for reporting us this issue.

I tested your form again and I can confirm that submit button works as expected now. Here is the screen shot of the PayPal page after I hit the submit button.

We thank you for your understanding once again.
