Performance and service level agreement

    Hi,

    what a wonderful form builder you have. We are a start up that have started to use your service. We will in a few month take it in to production. I have been looking for if you have any goals for performance, response time, up time et c regarding the forms, of course without the "internet"-time. We had thought your product as a prototype-tool, but we now consider using it even when we are in real production.

    But before we make that decision do we need to consider performance, response time, up time et c
