one use who was getting email notification, pcahill2@cox.net stopped getting emails about 5 days ago. how can I confirm emails are being sent out?

Hi,
When I have checked the email address pcahill2@cox.net, I have found it in our bounce list. You can see its reason from the screenshot which I have shared with you below:
I have removed your email address from the bounce list. Please check our user guide in order to view email logs by yourself:
How to View All Your Form Email History
There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually, the reason is email service provider.
An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.
If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.
