Can I host a form offline? Our users are often times using forms in basements where cell service is spotty or non-existent.

Can you let me know please.

    Regards,

    Michelle H

    Hello,

We are planning to implement this feature but it is not available right now. There are two workarounds to collect submissions online:

    1) Use Pdf version of your forms:

    Please check this guide: How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

You can distribute the PDF Form that it can be used/fill-up offline, and then submit when there is an internet connection.

    2) Use excel files to collect information and then use Import Data App to push the data into JotForm. The labels and excel columns must be the same. You can download your submissions as excel and use it as a template.

I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.

    All the best!

    Hello seth

I came across this questions as I was looking to see if we could use jotforms offline. Do you know how long it will be before you launch the ability to fill in forms offline and then sync the data once you have internet access.
