    PayPal: My Payment did not go through

    I'm having account issues...

    My form has disappeared and I received a notice from Paypal that my payment didn't go through. Help!

    I have checked the website http://www.eck-tenn.org/member/cr-reg.html that you have shared its screenshot with us. However, it requires credentials in order to see the form as you can see the screenshot below:

    So, I couldn't check it if your form appears on your website or not.

    Moreover, I have checked your account via your account email news@eck-tenn.org and your form named "2017 Tennessee Chela Retreat Registration Form". I have cloned the form on my side in order to test it. I couldn't see any issue with the PayPal payment gateway as it redirected me correctly to the PayPal page in order to receive the payment.

    Maybe, your payment have been shown in the Incomplete Payment List as you did not process the payment correctly. For further detailed information regarding incomplete payments, please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ 

    Also, please check your PayPal email once.

    Besides, could you please give us further detailed information regarding your problem? Do you have an account problem as you have indicated in the title of the thread? Do you have problems with receiving payments on your form? Or, does your form not appear on your website?
