I just built a webform and want to make it popup on my site but I don't know who to make it popup after a certain amount of time instead of having it pop up upon web page loading.Plus how do i get the header i created in the form builder to appear on the pop up?Page URL:

You can use our Lightbox option to have your form popup, and you can define time after the form will pop up.

In the second guide, you can define the time after the form will pop up.

me where to insert the id="lightboxdelay" line in the lightbox code. Or
maybe someone can do it for me because I'm just too confused.

In section B of the following guide it shows exactly where to place the appropriate code:
The ID would be added like this:
<a id="lightboxdelay" class="lightbox-21357249698871" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;display:none;">Cool Contact Form</a>
Then the script would go below that embed code.
