Can not submit my form because of a condition

Normally you just pick 1 of the 3 options when the field is required. When you click on send a pop-up comes up at option 2 that it has to be clicked 'on' as well. Now i send the form again and the same happens at option 3.

When I click on send after all the options are clicked 'on' nothing happens... it's not sending and no pop-ups are showing.

What can I do?

I have cloned your form named "Checklist Merchants Agenda - NL" on my side in order to test it. 

As far as I see, you have set a condition to the 3rd option of the "Ticketlink" labeled multiple selection field in order to set  "Optioneel: Ticketlink:" field unrequired.

I have tested and I have seen that this condition works as expected as you can see the screencast below:

Also, you didn't set any condition to the 2nd option of the "Ticketlink" labeled multiple selection field. Everything seems working normally in this case. I did not see any issue with this case. The warning pop-ups have been appearing correctly on the form.

Could you please explain your issue further?
