We are finding that a large number of our autoresponses are going to form users' spam folder. Is there a setting that I should change on our forms to minimize this issue? Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Here is guide helps to you about preventing e-mails landing in the Spam folder: https://www.jotform.com/help/404-How-to-prevent-emails-landing-in-spam-folder-in-your-Gmail-account

Please, also check your spam or junk folders since may be that your emails ended up there, you could also ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses so emails from JotForm do not get blocked.

Regarding the auto-responder, here is not much to do, because you will need to ask each submitter to whitelist our IP addresses or add our sender email addresses as a contact in order to avoid these emails going to the spam or junk folders.

We only could suggest you set up properly the emails in order to avoid the filter on the email client your users are using to mark the emails as spam.

If you have any other questions or issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
