How can we put a form in test mode when there is no payment module?

We would like to be able to test a form that does not have a payment module. How do we do this? I only see the test option in the payment settings. Thanks.

If you do not have a payment integration you could simply submit your form and all should work as if the form would be already live, emails should be sent and submission should be properly recorded.
