Accepting payment in person or by check

Good morning,

I would like to be able to accept payment in person or by check.  This is the form I am using-

Could you please show me how to modify it to process a ticket purchase without cc payment?

Simply delete the payment field, and replace it for a Purchase Order field. Please see this example:

So this change will allow me to accept payment all three way?  CC, check, in person?

Hi Again and thanks for your help.  For my form I would like to accept credit cards as well as allow people to purchase by check or cash.  Is that possible?  If so, do I follow the steps listed above?

It is possible, however, you need to create two forms, one for the credit card, and the other for the purchase order, or check. Then you will need to embed them in a third form, which will display the correct form depending on the payment method selection.
