we are a charity and are doing a local fashion show in july in UK and want people to buy tickets online so that we dont have to go around asking for money. It's a real pain chasing down people and just sending out a link where they can buy their ticket would be much easier. It would be a one off and we need to sell 130 tickets at £5 each. Could they pay pay pal or can we make the money go straight to our bank account or can they pay with credit card? If so, What form do you recommend and can I use the free facility? Thanks

Please note that we support a wide variety of payment integrations, from nonprofit PayPal to Stripe to Authorize.Net.. and so on. For more information please see our guide on payment integrations here: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

As to using a free account for the task you kindly described, I'm afraid that wouldn't work, because free accounts accept only 10 payment submissions per month, and you are seeking 130 payment submissions.

What I suggest is applying for the 50% discount that we offer for nonprofit organizations, and then selecting a plan that suits your needs: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

Please note that you can upgrade your account just for the duration you need, then downgrade back to the free status in order to avoid further charges. We have a guide on how to downgrade your account back to the free status here: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.

Please note that in order to apply for the non profit discount, you open the page I provided earlier (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/) and scroll down till you find the form to fill, which looks like the screenshot I'm attaching here, then you submit it once it's filled:

Do you offer a PayPal integration and can we use a Free account for our fashion show charity? Image 1 Screenshot 20

As to how much would the total upgrade costs be, for May, June and July, it depends on the plan you select, and whether you have the 50% discount applied or not.

Here are the normal prices of our plans: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

And here are the 50% nonprofit discounted prices: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.

OK so we have a charity number but it's asking me to upload a file. We don't have a non profit type certificate thing. I want to take the discounted bronze option but it won't let me apply as I don't have a file to upload only a charity number not a 990 form?

Also. Can you help me on my form? My login is lissywoo. I want the purchaser to pay with PayPal but when they do, how will the system know who which PayPal account to pay in to? Do I need to add the charity PayPal details? If so where do I add this? Also I want that if someone wants 3 tickets that the price to pay goes to 15 automatically. At the moment it doesn't it's manual entry. Also I want the purchaser to get an email notification that they must bring with them on the night as proof of purchase ie an e-ticket.
Also is it only with PayPal they can pay or can they use their credit card?
    Thanks!

Any official document claiming that you are a charity should do. For example, you can search for your charity page, then save the result page in a PDF format and attach it with your JotForm nonprofit application.

Your questions about the PayPal form have been moved into a separate thread:

    It will be updated shortly.
