All my forms have been disabled and my IP has been banned. How is that posiible, since I only have few contact forms?! I am about to launch a major website and you will be loosing my business if this doesn't get resolved by tomorrow (as tomorrow my website goes live).
I find this unprofessional and request imidiate support, otherwise I will be forced to turn to one of many of your competitors.

Everything seems to be working now and with such a service you just provided, I will make sure to install your forms or more of the websites and move to the paid plan, soon.
