I have an active jorform online that is being used. I have made some changes on a form copy with the purpose to substitute the actual online form. The form is not embed on a website. It is on a jotform url. Is it possible to redirect the old url to the new jotform url? its important because the atual form has an url that is already spread on some sites and newsletters and its i think the only effective way to resolve this is automatic redirect from the old url to the new url. Thanks. João Vicente

It is not possible to change the URL of forms to redirect to a different form.  You could disable the original form and have the form disabled message contain a link for your new form.  But it would not be possible to automatically load the new form from the old URL.

What you could do though is delete the contents of the original form and use an iFrame widget to embed the second form:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

This would load the new form in the old form.

On the disabled message containing a link that you refer, the link is actually an hyperlink or is it just text, with the need for copy/paste on browser´s adreess bar? Thanks.

On the error message it would just be text.  HTML cannot be added to error messages.  They would need to copy and paste into the address bar.
