Payment Form: Participants are have trouble submitting form due to expiration date error

    Good morning...

    Every time someone submit registration they get an error in the card expiration date portions saying "use numbers only" and it automatically applies the slash. How can this be rectified ASAP?? Thank you.

    I have checked your form and I see you have removed the payment integration, I have tested one of the integrations that asks for the expiration date in a text box and I can see it works fine, here's a screenshot from a Square form:

    Could you please add the payment integration to your form? 

    Also, does this happen on any specific browser, device or OS? 

    Please, provide us more details about it, we will be glad to take a look on your form.
