Drop-down to match fields in MailChimp during integration does not show any selections

    I can't seem to match the fields with MailChimp, the drop down menu doesn't come up with any selection?

    To integrate your form with MailChimp, make sure you are following the instructions in this guide: How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp

    Then, once you have authenticated your account and selected an existing List in your MailChimp account, you should be able to already select a field in the List (from MailChimp) and match it to your form fields (in Jotform).

    If the drop-down (marked as 5 in the screenshot above) doesn't show any fields to select, it could mean that the List doesn't have an existing field. Fields in your MailChimp List can be manually added following the information in this guide: http://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/manage-contacts/manage-list-and-signup-form-fields
