I would like to cancel my subscription

    We are no longer in need of your services and would like to discontinue or monthly subscription.  How do I go about accomplishing that?

    Upon checking your account, it is already in the processed of downgrading back to free account on 05/15/2017. Either you can wait for the said date or we can cancel your account subscription immediately. Here's a guide on: How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account
