What is the status of my Education discount application?

    I have a few questions:

    I've applied for the educator's discount.  When will I know if this has been approved?

    Can our District be billed to pay using a credit card rather than a PO?

    Is there a phone number we can call to speak to a customer service representative?

    Hello Felecia,

    Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone.

    I did check your account and found that your Education discount is already approved. When you upgrade your account, you should see discounted pricing.

    It seems your account is currently over quota and since you need to sign in to your JotForm account to see the discounted pricing, I have gone ahead and temporarily activated your account. 

    Please go ahead and upgrade your account to desired plan with with credit card. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to upgrade your account:  https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
