Trying to export PDF of form not working

    Iam trying to use the "Create PDF form" option, and the page just hangs on "Working".  And the pdf never downloads.

    I tested the "Created PDF form" option on a simple form and I was able to convert an online form to a fillable PDF form.

    I noticed that your account is in "Dormant" status. I have now activated your account. I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    Please try it one more time and let us know if you're still having issues. Thank you.
