    Cancela minha assinatura,vou processar vocês por me cobrarem uma coisa que não estou usando.

    The subscription is already canceled. You are already on the Free Plan. You have three accounts, they are free as well. If you are still charge, can you send us the transaction ID? This way, we can check our payment records and cancel it for you.
