    3- How do I add additional question information to the form  i already made?

    4-How can I send out these 49 saved forms to the people to update?

    1. If you have moved a form to the "Archive" folder, you could move it to "My Forms" by going to the "Archive" section, selecting the form and clicking on the "Unarchive" folder.

    2. If you need to get the link to your form, you could open it in the Form Builder and go to the Publish tab, there you will find the link to your form so your users can fill it out:
