Sender Email and Bounce List

We were told that adding a users SMTP info to the Sender Email list would keep them off the Bounce List.  We just had one of our users who is on the SMTP Sender List stop getting emails because she was on Bounce List.  Any Ideas how to keep this from happening?

The bounce list is a feature wherein the email address will be added in the list if the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient. Our servers will try several times to deliver the email for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will be marked as "block/rejected". After that, the recipient address will be added in the bounce list.

One of the purpose of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients. Here are some examples:

    1. Mailbox is full
    2. Email address is non-existent
    3. Incorrect email address
    4. Blocked by your email provider

Can you provide the email address or the form link that is in the bounce list so we can remove it and check it further?

I removed the email from the bounce list.  Is there not a way to see/clear all emails on the bounce list instead of having to try them one by one?

You can take a look through your email history which shows a log of any sent, bounced, or failed emails outgoing from your forms to help you figure out which you need to check.

However, if there are many then the only way is to currently check and remove bounced email addresses one at a time.
