Can I retrieve submissions I deleted?

When I download the complete forms I delete them from jotform. I recently lost all the information on my harddrive so was wondering if can retrieve them. Thanks.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover the deleted submissions. However, you may retrieve the information from the email notifications that you have received for the forms or from the cloud storage services like Google Drive/DropBox if you have integrated them into the form before receiving the submissions.
