would you mind assisting me in the email title? Somehow the apostrophe in the automatic email sent upon submission does not show up correctly on the subject line but is fine in the pdf attachment and the summary, please see image below.

I have just checked this with one of my forms and I can see it works as expected, the apostrophe is properly showing on my emails subject:

Could you please try deleting the current email notification and adding it once again?

I also checked the form you provided on the other thread, is this where you're experiencing the issue?

I can see the field you're using in the email subject is not a text box, instead it has predefined values and none of them has an apostrophe. If this is related to a different form, please let us know.

    Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your help. I checked and I don't think it's the email notification that is the problem. The unique name for the email notification field remains true as it is in the form. However, when I try a mock submission, the apostrophe does not show correctly on the form I'm filling in. I checked in the options listed for this box on form design and the apostrophe shows up fine.

    Please see the images below.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for the clarification.

I have checked your form and noticed you're using the Autocomplete widget labeled as "Site Name" on your form.

I can see the issue happens when an option with some special characters, including the apostrophe, is selected, it displays properly in the list, but the issue happens when the option is selected.

I will report the issue to our second level so our developers can investigate and resolve it, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.

    Hi Widget Team,

I just tried and when I selected the name from the suggested list, it still doesn't show the apostrophe correctly.

    Please see screenshot.

    Thank you!

I have checked your original form and I can see it works fine now:

I have already cleared your forms cache, please also try to open your form in incognito mode, just to load the latest version instead of a cached version.

Do let us know how it goes.
