Can I send people an automatic thank you email after they have filled out the survey?

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to use required information from the form (an email) to be able to automatically follow up with the person who filled out the form? I want to send them contact details and a phone number, but only after they have filled out the form. Please let me know if this is possible! Thank you in advance!
