In this test form, I want the user to type in a numerical value in fields N1, N2 and/or N3. Before pressing the Submit button, I want them to inspect their entries by checking a box.
If they check the box (yes), and any of the numerical fields are left blank (empty), I want a condition to force a 0 entry into the blank numerical field.
However, this is not working. With checkbox filled AND numerical field empty condition, the form will not allow the user to enter anything. (entry does not 'stick' in field; it appears to back space it out returning it to a blank field) nor does the condition with forcing a zero work in those empty numerical fields - it flashes inside the field with a 0 for a moment and then disappears. (version 3 or 4 - it does not matter)
Thoughts on how I can make this work? I need to apply the conditional statement it to another form with 30 numerical fields.

I was able to reproduce the issue. It seems to be a bug, so I have escalated a ticket to our developers.
We will get back to you when we have any updates on this.
