Unable to edit form

    Hi All,

     

    Please can someone let me know why I am unable to edit my form?  I sent a screenshot and it just keeps saying "OOPS = try again" for the last week!  

     

    I am desperate to change the form due to change of venue.  It is making me look unprofessional.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    I cloned your form (https://www.jotform.com/70422278211346) and tried to edit on my end. I was able to make changes on the cloned form.

    If you aren't able to edit your form, can you please try clearing your form's cache and browser's cache? Or you can also try logging out from your account first, restart your browser, login back to your account, and edit your form again.

    I have just done the below suggestions and keep getting an error message coming up. This is quite urgent now as I have just opened up 2 new sessions and need to direct them to the correct days.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Sorry for this inconvenience that you have. I tried to edit your form and I was able to replicate this problem, the same error occurred for me. So, I have escalated this issue to our developers.

    Also, I have cloned your form and tried to edit on my side. I did not replicate the same issue. I can suggest you clone your form and edit it for a temporary solution.

    We're sorry the inconveniences. The issue that preventing you to edit your form is fixed now.

    You can open and edit your form in editor.
