2-I have formatted a form for the students Alumni to fill out and A- I need to know how to forward this form for the new students to fill out. B- I need to know how to add some more information to the form like children’s name and age etc.

What is the form you are working on? If you need to have a student filling out part A of your form, and then have a different student filling out the part B, then you can apply the following workaround: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later 

Where the first student can fill part A, then he can enter the email address of the second student who should fill part B, so you can send the custom URL in the Autoresponder that should be sent to the second student.
