Getting info to multiple people with encrypted forms

Hi, since the switch to encrypted forms, the multiple recipients I'd like info to be sent to when a form is completed can't get access to the information. Is there a work-around to this? I don't want to give them access to the entire account.

The only way for them to access the data is to decrypt it by uploading the private key file (jotform.key) you've downloaded when you enable the form encryption. You can supply to them the private key file.

So first, they will have to click the view response button that is found on email. This opens the submission page for this submission.

In the submission page, they will have to upload the private key file to view the actual data.

    Hope this helps!
