I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure if I understood your concern correctly. Could you please share us the website link where your form is embedded?
I went ahead and tested your form, here's a screencast of it:
It doesn't redirect me to a different website, it still uses the default "Thank You" page.
If you are referring to the JotForm footer at the bottom, this is now included for accounts with "Free" plan. If you wish to remove the branding, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
