i added my email in the settings to email submission area but when I hit submit I see a submission form but do not get the email sent out

I did check your form and found that you have added conditions to send submission emails to multiple email addresses based on dropdown selection. Please check the screenshot below:
Can you please tell me on which email address you are not receiving submission emails? I did test your form by sending a test submission and the submission email was sent successfully. Please check the log below:

Can you please your email inbox and see if you have received this submission email or not? If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP settings to send submission emails. I'm not receiving an email to these addresses. I would like to receive an email to these addresses each submission
