    Why I'm not receiving autoresponder on Edit?

    Hello,

    I am not receiving autoresponder emails (email named auto-responder 2 to be precise) upon editing submission for form 71234921589361 . 

    On top of this, when editing the submission twice, I am loosing all the data entered in field typeDe57 and all other multiple choice fields.

    Please advise.

    I cloned your form (https://form.jotformeu.com/71234921589361) on my end and checked the Autorespoder2 Email. I noticed that the recipient email for the Autoresponder2 Email is Nom de L'Entreprise instead of E-mail de l'entreprise.

    Could you please check and fix this recipient email on your Autoresponder2 Email on your form and perhaps this is the cause of the issue.

    Hello Chriistian,

    Sorry for this, I fixed the email address in the auto responder email but still not receiving any emails ( I am nevertheless receiving test emails correctly)

    Thank you for additional information. 

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate this problem, I tried then to change your sender to noreply@formresponse.com and that worked:

    Thank you for reporting us this issue. 

    First of all, please note that autoresponder 2 is sent only if the following condition is met. 

    When I checked your other conditions, I found out two conditions which disable E-mail field. 

    Condition number 24:

    Condition Number 25:

    When you click on edit link, the directed page URL will be something like https://www.jotform.com/edit/#submissionID.

    In other words, your e-mail field will be disabled when you click on edit link if the submission ID doesn't end with 61. So, the e-mail field becomes disabled. So, you are not getting autoresponder 2 when you edit submissions. 

    When I disabled these conditions on the cloned form, I was able to receive it. 

    In addition, you could not see the data for the field "Type de formation" as the same reason. Following condition disable this field,too.

    The thing I can suggest you is to re-check your conditions in order to prevent conflicts between them.
