How can I combine multiple accounts into a single account?

We have multiple small accounts (5 forms) and a larger, "updated" account that allows 100 forms.  Each of these accounts have different passwords which is getting confusing.  

We'd like to combine ALL of our accounts into the one larger account with a single password.  How can we do this?

We can move all forms from other accounts to one that you want to be main.
