How long before the form time out?

A customer was filling out the form for about 8-10 minutes and said the form timed out and reset all his information. Is this a new thing? How long can you be on a form before it times out?

That is something that is actually controlled by the Browser, so we don't have any impact on that. But, it should help if you use our Continue later option that should help your users retain the data inputted even if they close the page.
