How do I coordinate with my IT team to make sure submissions do not get blocked by our email server?

    Hi there,

    I want to make sure that the submission entries do not get blocked by our email servers. I reached out to my IT team, and they asked that I provide: "You need to provide me what there email server IP address is or URL."

    Are you able to give me that information?

    You may also consider setting up SMTP email address so that the email notifications will be sent using your email server.
