Can we save our deleted forms?

Our website has been hacked and we lost all the forms on Jotform. It's okay if we can't have them back but we desperately need the previous submissions. Is there a way that we can find them?

Do you hold a database for the submissions, or can we reach the automated mails that was sent to the submitters? In the mails the submissions were attached with a PDF document. 

Unfortunately, once a form has been purged from the trash it is fully removed from our system.  If there were email notifications set up for your forms, the data contained in those emails would be available in your email history:
