We need to create a form that supports an esignature. Is this possible?
If so, could you provide an example?
Thanks

We offer a variety of signature widgets and you can find them all by using "signature" as your search keyword on our Widgets Gallery: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature
1. Smooth Signature

2. E-Signature

3. Docusign

4. Adobe e-Sign

The 4 above are the most commonly used by many. And in case you have a followup question about its validity, I recommend you read the article I'm linking below. Here's a snippet:
Legally Binding
E-signatures are legally binding on almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.
JotForm records the IP address and time of the signature made so that also provides additional confirmation about the signer of the document.
