    Notification email not working

    I cannot figure out how to get the Autoresponder emails to work. I've tried deleting the form field and replacing it. I've also tried changing the email address to SMTP and back to JotForm. 

    I also just noticed that my notification emails (that are sending properly) do not include all of the form fields for some reason. Is there a way to automatically load those or do I just have too many?

    I'm still in the testing phases so I don't have this live on our website yet.

    To include all form fields to your notification email, please turn off the Hide Fields feature in the Advanced notifier settings. Here's how:

    1. Login to your account and open your form.
    2. Go to the Settings section page and select the Emails tab.
    3. Click the Pen (Edit) Tool button.

    4. Go to the Advanced tab and disable the Hide Empty Fields feature.

    I only want the fields that have been answered to show up on the email, but if you go to my notification email in the content of the body it has only pulled over the first 158 fields, but I have almost 300 fields. Maybe it's actually all there but I can't scroll to it? If so, that's fine. Here's a screenshot showing that I've scrolled down as far as it will let me.

    You can click the Full screen feature to see everything on your notification email. See image below:

    1. Click the Pen (Edit) Tool button of the notification email.
    2. Under the Email Content, click the Full Screen option. Click the Refreshed button to go back.

    Upon checking, I noticed that way above the {ecotDay158} there's also {day8235}  and {animalKingdom233}. Please check it using the Full Screen option and let us know if there's something missing.

     

    Also, please remove the phishing field to avoid getting suspended. It violates our terms of use.
