I am a clinical social worker in private practice.  I need to know the following:

    1. Do you sign a business agreement (BAA) with your customers?

    2. Is your site HIPPA compliant?

    3. Are the forms I use through your site encrypted (i.e. a client access the forms and fills them out.  Are the completed forms encrypted when sent back to me so that they are confidential?)?

JotForm complies with the technical safeguard section of HIPAA. However, we are not officially compliant with HIPAA and cannot offer a BAA. Please see the thread below for more information on using JotForm in HIPAA compliant way.

You may enable the form encryption feature for your forms so that they can be decrypted only by providing the Private key generated while creating the encrypted form. Please go through the guide below that can help you with more information on encryption forms.
