Is there a way to print all of the pdf for all of the submissions from a form at once?

Asked by wfordo on July 16, 2012 at 09:40 AM

I am wondering if there's a way that I can print all of the submissions to a form in the PDF form without having to scroll through each one and clicking print for each individual one.

This would be great and it would save me a ton of time! Thanks, W

Hi, you can create a grid report and print it :)

To create a grid report follow this guide: Grid Listing

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for this. This is not exactly what I was hoping for.
I was hoping to be able to print the PDF of each submission on a seperate paper. I need to print each submission and the GRID report is not a good way to print as it is SEVERAL columns.

I want an indiivual print out for each submission. I can do it if I hit print on each "card" but how do I do this for ALL of them without having to hit print 400 times?

Unfortunately ,PDF file cannot be printed in a batch. I am not 100% sure, but I think there should be a way to batch print them using Adobe interface

    Best regards
