The reason why you are not getting your notifications is due to bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Your email has been removed from our bounce list already, however, please make sure to check your spam folder, and mark the JotForm notifications as NOT SPAM if you find them there.
Also, you may white-list our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
